Classic Bonbon Making

This class is 2 hours long in which you will learn to decorate the mold, form the shell, make a filling and fill the shells, close the bottom and turn your glorious creations out.
You will go home with a 24 piece box of chocolates that you have made yourself.
Chocolate Bar Making
$80 per person
This class is 1 hour long in which you will formulate your own chocolate bars. You will have an array of ingredients to choose from including nuts, dried fruits, spices and other fun things such as pretzels, cereals and chips.
You will go home with 3 custom formulated bars that you have made yourself.
Hand Rolled Truffle Making

$120 per person
This class is 90 minutes long in which you will learn how to make those cute holiday chocolate figures everybody loves.
You will decorate the molds, form the two-layer shell, the bottom and un-mold your works of art.
